The Deputy Senate President and the Commander of Revolutionary Barracks of the National Association of Polytechnics Students (NAPS), congratulates and celebrate with the entire family of NAPS as the Senate President of the association joyfully open another page in his life diary as a sincere and patriotic comrade.


Comr. Ibrahim Adam Isah, the Deputy  Senate  President and the Commander in Chief of Revolutionary Barracks II describe 4Star General H.E GEN. Dio Oghale Emeka Rex as a Patriotic leader who has always stood gallantly in protecting the interest and building the image of the students and ensuring better welfarism for Polytechnics Students'.


Comr. Ibrahim Adam Isah, in his words said H.E GEN. Dio Oghale Emeka Rex is one and major example which Young's Comrades can emulate his leadership style. As a frontier advocate of students' welfare, your ideology in pursuit of such huge task earn you accolade in recent-time, therefore subjected you for hunky-dory public evaluation.
