West African Civil Society Congress in synergy with Transparency Advocacy For Development Initiative (TADI) honored Professor Rasaq Ojo Bakare, the Honourable Commissioner for Arts,Culture and Tourism Ekiti State with a Certificate of Credence in recognition of his exemplary leadership dexterity as an Academia in Politics vis--a-vis his futuristic aspirations to build capacity for National development.


The commendation is an encomium for the first Professor of Choreography in Nigeria and a national prospect to preserve Nigeria's cultural heritage  who had won numerous laurels both in Nigeria and in diaspora.
