PDP YOUTH REJOICE; EXPRESS CONFIDENCE IN THE COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP AND MEMBERS _


While congratulating Hon. Abdulahi Ali Kano, the chairman advisory council of our dear movement, the People’s Democratic Party PDP National Youth Movement on his well deserved appointment as member of the zoning committee, we extend our profound gratitude to the party elders, BOT, stakeholders, Governor’s Forum and NEC members for their unwavering commitment and dedication to the service of our dear nation and party, the latest NEC meeting and her outcome which produced National Convention Organising Committee and Zoning Committee is a thing of joy, it gladden the heart and warms the hearing. It further shows that PDP as major opposition party in the country is more than ready to take power at the center, it projects the seriousness and readiness of the party to rescue Nigeria from the misrule of APC which has led the nation into unprecedented state of Absymal. 


While congratulating the entire duo commitee members under the headship of His Excellency, Gov Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa state, Gov Duoye Diri of Bayelsa State, and His Excellency Gov Seyi Makinde of Oyo State whom are chairman , deputy chairman and secretary of the National Convention Organizing Committee respectively along side his Excellency The Gov Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, Gov Samuel Ortom of Benue State and His Excellence Deputy Gov of Zamfara state Barr. Mahdi Aliyu who are Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Secretary zoning Committee Respectively. 


It’s our hope and believe with confidence, banking on the integrity, fair sense of judgement and political exposure cum experience of the commitee leadership and her members, the PDP family and the entire Nigerians should expect the best from the convention and the most fair and rational zoning arrangements from the zoning committee. 


We equal appeal to the committee to consider pegging of age bracket for office of youth leader, what ever that it meant for youth should be handle by the youth and not assumed youth who are obviously above the practical youthful age with zero touch of youthful approach. 


We also call for concession of good number of positions at national to youth under the real youthful age in the national executive committee of our great party, it’s important to have mix breed of idea, young and old, as old supply experience the young donates innovation to advance the governance system in the 21st century. 



We assure the committee of our readily availability to support in any capacity deem fit or necessary as young energetic member of the party with zeal and drive to move our dear party forward .
