PDP YOUTH TO GOV NYESOM WIKE ON STATE COLLECTION OF VAT

*GOV NYESOM WIKE; THE CHAMPION OF ECONOMY MORAL FAIRNESS AND ECONOMY EQUITY.*

_*PDP YOUTH BACK CALL FOR STATE COLLECTION OF VAT.*_

It obvious that politics in Nigeria is now becoming business of weak minded individuals who can not even think outside the box, conceptualize idea and innovations to generate income for the development of their people.

People who lives on family prestige, wealth and prosperity accumulated from faulty constitution, alliance and foundation of democracy cum unfair and cheating  economy arrangements in Nigeria see no job again but politics as it appears more simple with less skills other than ability to sign documents, read speeches and address gatherings obtainable with mere SSCE.

Nigeria can never develop so far we don't set and upgrade standard skills and requirements both academic, exposure and experience for who so ever sort to lead us, among which are economy and political understanding which are mostly accumulated result of academic and exposure of individuals.

Since there is pegged monthly allocation coming from Federal pulse not determined by amount contributed by federation states, many Governors are more than lazy in contributing to the pool of fund expected to be share at the month end but sharp to claim glory for homogeious voting figures during every general elections, indeed it high time every state Governor learned to transform her population to income for the development of their respective state as postulated by His Excellency, Gov NYESOM WIKE of Rivers State who doubled as Mr Projects, the undeniable best performing Governor in Nigeria and best ever in the history of Rivers State in Aggressive infrastructure development.

It's time to end the unfair sharing of allocation, the time is now to stop laziness of many state Governors, this is the time to end mediocre from accessing the seat of state Governor, only intelligent, uprightly sound both moral, economical and political individuals with will power to innovate, generate and transform ideas to resources for the over all good of her people should ascend the seat of Governor.

The founding fathers of Nigeria were never this lazy, when Nigeria operated regional system of Government, it became healthy competition among regional leaders, the strive for development of their respective regions and people , while multiple means of income generation was initiated, no one went to bed and wait for unfairly shared Abuja money to arrive by month ends.

This is another ration for need for resources control contained in Restructuring call, every state should be allow to collect her value added tax (VAT) since no law back the central from taking such .

It's gross injustice to rob paul to pay petter, while state like Lagos and Rivers generates heavy VAT but takes lesser in sharing at the end of the months with major source of the fat VAT in some Southern part of the country being beer a massively condemned and forbidden product in the Northern part, it's truly an height of hypocrisy to take the proceed of the forbidden products.

Gov NYESOM WIKE, a Barrister turned Economist Guru is indeed an hero, an icon of political fairness, moral justice and economy equity, PDP youth on behalf of the entire Nigerians commends his doggedness and giant stride in calling for  fair sharing and control of resources in Nigeria. This too will go than the memory lane and history and posterity will surely be kind to him for this insightful timely call.

To enhance unity of Nigeria and make governance look serious business for only serious minded, innovative and ideological driven citizens, we must yield to Gov WIKE call to allow states collect tax as well hasten up process to resources control .

Signed
