NANC KWARA AXIS CHALLENGES WITH NDLEA KWARA STATE

visit to the National Drugs and Law Enforcement Agency Kwara State chapter (NDLEA)



The visitation to the state command of NDLEA was ably led by the state Chairman, Comr Issa Abdulsomad Olasunkanmi on Monday 28th August,2023. The team was received and welcomed by the state PRO of the agency and was finally escort to the state Commander.

 


The present of our leader was appreciated in person of Comr Sanni yusuf olatunji (aluta poet). The Leadership discuss on the possible ways of mitigating substance abuse by the Students and youths in the state. 

The Leadership discuss on the menace of drugs and also the possible effects in our society.

The body has strongly allied and to embark on educating the youths and students in the state on the menace of drugs abuse.

The NDLEA kwara state Commander appreciate the Leadership for the visitation and hoping to be part of the team to ensure the state is free from substance uses. It was discussed that kwara is the lead in substance uses among the 36 states in Nigeria, this news dishearten us and weaken us. we hereby appeal to the supportive and educative youth to please shun the vices and it's really deteriorating our values as a state.

The Leadership of NANC KWARA AXIS has decided to embark on campaign against drugs and prompt the slogan of the state"State of Harmony".
