It is with great pleasure and merry that I widen my warmest congratulations to His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, prestigious Executive Governor of Kwara State, on his venerable conferment as the second Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate Council by His Royal Highness, Dr. Ibrahim Zulu Gambari.


Truthfully, this is as a result of his good leadership skills and seamless efforts in repositioning Kwara state.


 This landmark achievement is borne out of his driving infrastructural development motive and generous act across Kwara State. 


His Excellency leadership has established a significant progress in Kwara and the beautiful city of Ilorin which makes us see this recognition as a well-deserved one.


It is our prayer that Almighty in his infinite mercy makes this honor a blessing and also urge the good people of Kwara consistent support  to the Government of Kwara State.
