FUDECO, or Fulbe Development and Cultural Organization, is a cultural organization dedicated to promoting peace, love, and cultural development among the Fulani, farmers, and other citizens.




 Before 2019, FUDECO was known as the Fulani Community Association and played a significant role in mobilizing the Fulani community to support the right candidate during elections, emphasizing transparency, equity, and accountability.


In 2019, FUDECO continued to support the All Progressives Party (APC) party movement and campaigned for His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq's victory, aligning with his vision. 



The organization has made notable efforts to promote peace and sustainability, particularly through events like the sensitization program in Eyenkorin, Asa Local Government, Ilorin, aimed at enhancing peace between farmers and Fulani's.


One of FUDECO's notable events is the "Pulaku Day" celebration, held on October 12, 2024, to showcase Fulani culture in Ilorin and create awareness about their heritage and it's support for the Government. 


The organization emphasizes education, entrepreneurship, and unity, providing training for young individuals and promoting voter sensitization and registration.


FUDECO's mission is to empower pastoralists, prevent and manage communal conflicts, and promote education, literacy, and numeracy. The organization is committed to protecting the rights and dignity of pastoralists, advocating for peace, and fostering sustainable development.
