Mutawali of Ilorin commissioned an academic building in Fountain University Osogbo;A hub of Academic Excellence.

 Dr. Muhammad Alimi AbdulRasaq, the Mutawali of Ilorin, has made a significant contribution to education by commissioning an academic building at Fountain University's campus in Osogbo. 



This gesture demonstrates his commitment to education and community development, and will undoubtedly enhance the learning experience for students and faculty members at the university.



Fountain University, established by the Nasrul-Lahi-Il-Fathi Society (NASFAT), is known for its academic excellence and commitment to producing well-rounded graduates. Dr. AbdulRasaq's investment in the university's infrastructure is a testament to his dedication to promoting education and development in the region.





The commissioning ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including senior cabinet members of Kwara State like Alhaji Prince Abubakar Bature, Ciroma of Ilorin, Engr. Yahaya Alapasanpa, Danmazami of Ilorin, Dr Muhammad Ghali Alaaya, NNPC Non-Executive Director, Alhaji Saadu Salaudeen, Senior Adviser and Counselor to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji Abdulateef Gidado Alakawa, Chairman Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority, Alhaji Bashir Adigun, special Adviser on Media to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Hon. Moshood Alaka , Adviser on Party Affairs to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji ibrahim Zubair Bolakale Danmeigoro, Senior Special Assistant on Religion, Alhaji Moh'd Salman Mustapha Isowo, APC STATE PARTY SECRETARY, Hon. Ibrahim Adamu Sabi, former two times Kwara State House of Assembly Member, Dr. Nusirat Elelu,PHC Executive Secretary Kwara State, Alhaji iliasu Alabi iponrin and other prominent personalities. Their presence underscores the significance of the event and the importance of Dr. AbdulRasaq's contribution to education in the region.


As the Mutawali of Ilorin, Dr. AbdulRasaq has a long history of commitment to education and community development. His father, Alhaji Abdulganiyu Folorunsho AbduRazaq, was a pioneering lawyer and traditional title holder in Ilorin(The first Mutawali of Ilorin) . Dr. AbdulRasaq has followed in his father's footsteps, demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting education and development in the country.
