Alaka visits to Emir of Patigi palace and traditional rulers in Patigi.
As part of his ongoing consultation and grassroots engagement ahead of the forthcoming primary election, Hon. Moshood Alaka paid a royal visit to the Emir of Patigi, Umar Bologi II, alongside members of the Patigi Traditional Council.
The visit, which focused on unity, development, and the need for inclusive governance, highlighted Hon. Alaka’s commitment to seeking guidance and blessings from traditional institutions as key stakeholders in community development and peaceful leadership.
During the meeting, Hon. Alaka emphasized that leadership is a call to service, fairness, and proper representation of the people. He reiterated his dedication to good governance, youth empowerment, community development, and the advancement of the Edu/Moro/Patigi constituency.
The traditional rulers warmly received Hon. Alaka and commended his humility, consultation spirit, and respect for traditional values. They offered prayers and words of encouragement, urging political leaders to prioritize peace, unity, and the welfare of the people above personal interests.
The visit further strengthened the bond between Hon. Alaka and the traditional institution, as supporters and well-wishers described the meeting as a positive step toward responsible leadership and sustainable development in Patigi Local Government and beyond.
