Gov AbdulRazaq Congratulates Ex-Kwara Chief Judge Kawu on Legal Aid Council Appointment

Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has congratulated the former Chief Judge of Kwara State, Hon. Justice Sulyman Durosinloun Kawu, on his appointment as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Legal Aid Council.

The Governor also expressed the appreciation of the government and people of Kwara State to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for finding the retired jurist worthy of the national assignment.

In a statement, Governor AbdulRazaq described Justice Kawu as a distinguished jurist known for his integrity, professionalism, and years of meritorious service to Kwara State and the nation.

“Justice Kawu is a great jurist with unblemished character and integrity. He served the state with honour until his retirement. This appointment is a fitting recognition of his outstanding service, and we are confident that he will discharge his new responsibilities with diligence and excellence,” the Governor said.

Governor AbdulRazaq prayed for a successful tenure for Justice Kawu and asked Almighty Allah to grant him good health, wisdom, and strength in the discharge of his duties.
