Hon. Moshood Alaka, former Special Adviser on Party Affairs to the Executive Governor of Kwara State has extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Eminence, Dr. Muhammed Alimi Abdul-Razaq, LL.B (Hons), LL.M, Ph.D (Hull), B.L., FCIArb., ACTI., Member, Body of Benchers, The Mutawalin of Ilorin, on the occasion of his birthday.

Describing the celebrant as an exceptional legal luminary, philanthropist, educationist, and community leader, Hon. Alaka commended Dr. Abdul-Razaq for his unwavering commitment to justice, education, youth empowerment, and humanitarian service.
