APC Begins Screening of Kwara Assembly Aspirants May 11

  The All Progressives Congress in Kwara State has announced the commencement of the screening exercise for aspirants seeking to contest for seats in the Kwara State House of Assembly ahead of the party primaries. According to a statement issued on Saturday by the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Alhaji Abdulwaheed Olawale Babatunde, the screening exercise is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the State Party Secretariat. The statement noted that the exercise will commence by 9:00 a.m. prompt and will be conducted based on senatorial districts. “The screening of House of Assembly aspirants will commence on Monday, 11th May 2026, at the State Party Secretariat. APC Announces Screening Schedule for National Assembly Aspirants Ahead of Primaries

  By Poet of Afrique Reporters The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially announced the screening schedule for aspirants seeking to contest for Senate and House of Representatives seats ahead of the party’s forthcoming primary elections. In a press statement issued on Friday, May 8, 2026, in Abuja, the ruling party disclosed that the screening exercise for National Assembly aspirants will hold between Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10, 2026. According to the statement signed by Felix Morka, Senate aspirants are expected to undergo screening at the Abuja Continental Hotel, formerly known as Sheraton Hotel, while aspirants contesting for the House of Representatives will be screened at Treasures Suites & Conferences. The party fixed the commencement time for both exercises at 10:00 a.m. on each day. The APC urged all aspirants to appear promptly at their designated venues with all necessary documents and credentials required for the screening process.
