Alaka Support Group Commends Gov AbdulRazaq Over Emergence of Mahmud, Tswako as APC Candidates



A political support group loyal to Hon. Moshood Alaka has commended Kwara State Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for the emergence of Mahmud as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Kwara North Senatorial District and Mohammed Mamman Tswako as the party's candidate for the Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a statement made available to journalists, the group described the emergence of the two candidates as a reflection of the party's commitment to presenting credible and capable leaders who can effectively represent the interests of the people.

The group expressed appreciation to Governor AbdulRazaq for his leadership and continued efforts in strengthening the APC across the state, noting that the selection of candidates with proven experience and grassroots acceptance would further enhance the party's chances in the forthcoming elections.

According to the group, Mahmud possesses the leadership capacity and political experience required to provide quality representation for the people of Kwara North at the National Assembly.

The group also praised Mohammed Mamman Tswako, describing him as a dedicated party loyalist and grassroots politician with the competence and vision to effectively represent the Edu/Moro/Patigi Federal Constituency.

The Alaka support group urged party members and supporters across the state to remain united and work collectively towards ensuring the success of all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.

The group reaffirmed its commitment to the ideals of the APC and pledged continued support for Governor AbdulRazaq's administration and the party's electoral victories at all levels.
