  The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has called for a permanent and diplomatic solution to the recurring xenophobic attacks against Nigerians and other African nationals in South Africa. Addressing journalists during a media briefing, the National President of NANS, Olushola Oladoja, condemned the continuous attacks, describing them as inhumane, unacceptable, and a threat to African unity and brotherhood. Oladoja expressed concern over the repeated incidents of violence, intimidation, and destruction of properties belonging to Nigerians residing in South Africa, stressing that urgent actions must be taken by both governments and relevant international bodies to end the crisis permanently.
